Red pepper (sweet)
Preheat the oven to 355°F. Grease an oven dish with some olive oil.
Fry the bacon cubes in a pan without oil.
Clean the bell pepper and cut into strips.
Divide kale, peppers and bacon in the oven dish.
Beat the eggs with the almond milk in a small bowl. Season with a pinch of pepper.
Pour the egg mixture over the vegetables.
Bake the frittata in the center of the preheated oven for 25 minutes.
