Line a freezer container with baking parchment.
Melt the chocolate au bain-marie.
Pour the coconut yogurt into the container.
Take the chocolate off the heat and allow it to cool slightly. Pour the chocolate over the yogurt and using a toothpick make a pattern in the mixture.
Divide the almonds over the container followed by the shredded coconut.
Put the container in the freezer until the yogurt freezes.
Store in the freezer and remove shortly before serving.
