Mix all the ingredients for the marinade in a bowl.
Cut the steak into wedges and add to the marinade. Spoon over so that everything is covered with the marinade. Marinate for at least half an hour.
Heat a wok over high heat with some oil. Spoon the steak points (without the moisture of the marinade) and fry them for 1 minute.
Turn the heat to medium-high and add the bell pepper and asparagus broccoli with a pinch of salt.
Heat a skillet over medium heat with some oil.
Fry the cauliflower rice with a pinch of salt and pepper until it is cooked.
Serve the cauliflower rice with the ginger steak stir fry.
Cut the spring onion into rings and garnish the dish.
