It is ready in 5 minutes and you only need 5 ingredients :) Enjoy it as a festive dessert with some red fruit, or as a sweet ending to a cozy Sunday brunch. Don't like hazelnut? You can replace the hazelnut paste with almond paste, pecan paste or even macadamia nut paste for a luxury version. Cashew butter is also very tasty (but slightly richer in carbohydrates). I use coconut cream from a can of chilled whole coconut milk, but you can also use other cream as the basis for the whipped cream. If you want to use coconut cream, put your can of coconut milk in the fridge at least 24 hours in advance. In the tips you will find more details about which coconut milk I use.
