When I was first told that I was sensitive to gluten and had to remove refined carbohydrates from my diet due to candida, I felt a bit lost. Spelled pasta with tomato sauce, vegetables and Parmesan cheese was one of my favorite quick meals as a student. I had never heard of zucchini noodles so bye bye spaghetti. Until I discovered the spiral cutter! Zucchini noodles are the ideal alternative to classic pasta. They are easy to digest, low in carbohydrates and very easy to make. Now you can enjoy a double portion of pasta without bloating!
