Apple crumble is by far the tastiest type of apple pie! Soft sweet apples with crunchy pieces of biscuit over it. I always thought that the Hema was the end and this was by default my birthday cake. Delicious with a large dollop of whipped cream and then not one but three pieces work in! In less than two years I have eaten this apple crumble from Hema. It was my birthday last Monday and I missed him a bit! It was clearly time for a vegan version and let it be very easy to make! Because for this vegetable variant of the apple crumble, you only need a few simple ingredients and you often have them at home. Ideal when you suddenly feel like an apple pie (so every night). Just hop, hop all together in a container and in the oven, please wait and voilà your homemade apple crumble cake and your house smells delicious! Enough reason to jump into the kitchen quickly, I think!
