Banana bread with date and almonds

Living the Green Life

I've made banana bread several times but I just can't get enough. Every time I change something, I add something, leave something out and tadaa a whole new recipe for my favorite "bread"! Because bread is actually not. First, the taste does not look at all and in addition, the structure is more like a cake. Anyway, banana bread is and remains great. I often take it in a container as my 4 hour snack, sprinkle some date syrup on it and enjoy. This bread also works well for breakfast, especially on a Sunday morning. Without too much hassle, you have a delicious hot date banana cake on the table within an hour (of which 55 minutes is waiting).
