Yet this "homemade" rice was very tasty, because I made it from cauliflower. The color is the same, the structure is quite similar and in the photo it could just be sticky rice! So if you want to make a vegetable version of the traditional rice, this is a great recipe to try! Do this once in the afternoon. Because you do not eat real rice (carbohydrates), it is less filling. That makes it a nice lunch. Do you want to eat this cauliflower salad in the evening? No problem! Then add some rice or rice noodles!
