Chia pudding, like overnight oats, is a delicious quick breakfast. Perfect for the mornings when you're in a rush or don't feel like going out of your way. You make it the night before and it is almost ready when you take it out of the fridge. I prefer to eat my chia pudding with coconut, banana and lots of cinnamon. This combination is so delicious and gives me a lot of energy. A sign like the one above in the photo ensures that I can stand it all morning. Chia seeds are very useful in the vegetable kitchen. When you soak them in water (or nut milk in this case) they absorb the moisture and become a kind of jelly. That is why they are the perfect substitute for eggs in baking such as banana bread and even pancakes! So I can no longer do without chia seeds! You can make this chia pudding in many different ways. You alone have quite a few options to choose from when you think about the milk. I like the best oat milk, almond milk and cashew milk. In addition, the choice is fruitful! Mango, blueberries, strawberries and banana are always tasty. So alternate and be creative!
