Looking for a tasty snack? Look no further! These chocolate-dipped apples with a healthy topping are all the way! Last week I was in the kitchen working on a recipe for vegan chocolate gingerbread nuts. All those spice nuts in the shops have made me very hungry! To still snack responsibly but I prefer them myself and if I am really in a crazy mood also with chocolate dip! Impatient as I was, my pepernoten failed completely - too short in the oven, then back at too high a temperature - end result: black! Fortunately, I still had the homemade chocolate sauce so I treated myself to chocolate fondue. Pieces of banana, blueberries, strawberry and apple dipped in this sauce was really great. The apple in particular was a really nice surprise. Because the chocolate fondue was not really picture proof, I made everything again this weekend (no punishment) and now it is beautiful enough for the picture! So today a delicious snack recipe that you have to try out !!
