Yippie! It's Easter! That means all that eating chocolate, being with family and already celebrating my birthday (tomorrow is my bday!) Yesterday was the Go with the Glow Easter brunch and so I didn't have time to be in the kitchen. That is why today, at the last moment (always happens to me), I am still making up all kinds of small Easter snacks. Nothing special, just nice snacks to take away and hand out. But all in the form of eggs or an Easter bunny! As a treat with tea, I made these mini date Easter bunnies. They are almost too sweet to eat but actually too good to leave. Liva finds them all the way to the end and has been playing with them all morning while occasionally taking a bite. So I can say, these Easter bunnies are completely kid-proof!
