Making bread myself always seemed like a lot of work, I did not understand the whole fermentation process and I thought it was an exaggeration to wait an hour. Yet I forced myself to give it a try a while ago. A real blogger should at least be able to make her own bread ?! It is indeed some work but secretly very soothing. I can tell you that I am not a perfect housewife and it happens more than once that I have to pick my clothes off the drying rack in the morning because I haven't had time to fold everything neatly. But when I make this bread all that is forgotten because a great housewife? I certainly am! The house smells wonderful and men & children are happy .. what more do you want ?!
