No yogurt? But where do you put your fruit through? Hilarious, I was asked this question last week. "Well, um, nothing through" was my answer. Fruit just loose is party enough! Still, I can imagine that it is an easy breakfast, a cup of yogurt and now there are enough plant-based yogurt varieties available in the store to please any die-hard yogurt fan. Are you a bit less fond of yogurt from a pack and do you want to have those hands fluttered? Then make your yogurt yourself. Making yogurt yourself has its advantages. Yes, it takes a little longer, but it is healthy, with no added products, sugar-free and oh oh, then you have some too! Delicious with some fresh dates, a little bit of vanilla and possibly some soft nut butters. This yogurt is quite heavy because it is based on nuts so I wouldn't start the day with it but keep it nice until lunch or take a little bit as a snack! Enough reason to make your own yogurt!
