Guys, ho, stop ho !! You MUST try this recipe! You will not eat better pancakes than this! During the Easter days I have been in the kitchen again. Naturally, Easter includes an extensive Easter breakfast! While I was doing a thousand and one things and also had to keep an eye on Liva, I made a weird mistake with the pancakes. A mistake that I am so very happy with now. Because these oatmeal pancakes are really the end! We sat at the table when Timo asked what I had done differently. They looked different and were much thicker, much softer than usual. No idea what caused it but it turned out, I just mixed the oatmeal with the other ingredients. I normally use oat flour. So you see that with a small change in a recipe you can reinvent the vegan pancake !!
