Autumn is just around the corner so time for other food! Smoothies, ice cream, salads, and overnight oats make way for pumpkin soup, hot stews, and oatmeal for breakfast. The end of summer is always swallowing. But when I see all those new seasonal products in the store, I will be over there in no time. Because to me, autumn and winter really means cooking, enjoying the kitchen and testing recipes extensively. Something I never really feel like in the summer, it often remains with simple dishes without too much fuss. So today a recipe that is not entirely appropriate in this weather (last summer day!) But then again in autumn. Oatmeal with figs, agave syrup and chip seed, cooked in homemade almond milk!
