You can of course make potato fries and now everyone knows the sweet potato version. But did you know that you can also make the most delicious fries from hard vegetables such as carrots, peppers and parsnips ?! I have not known this vegetable for very long because I really knew I had no idea what to do with it. It looked nice and healthy but that was it. Until I got parsnip fries with my veggie burger at a tent in Paris. I was immediately sold! Because these are delicious! Parsnip is related to the carrot and therefore has a fairly sweet taste, it actually has something of the sweet potato. Furthermore, it is a fairly hard tuber, you can understand my surprise when I tasted the fries, they were so soft inside. Do you not like potato and do you want to make really healthy fries? Then I can definitely recommend it!
