Make your own ice cream Good weather requires ice! Many people already see this as an unhealthy but oh so tasty snack. But what if I tell you that without an ice cream maker, with only 2 ingredients and within 3 minutes you can make ice cream yourself, and not just any ice cream, really healthy icecream with superfoods !! Sounds great right? I eat this ice cream, when it is really hot outside, when I just woke up (ice cream for breakfast, your day really can't go wrong!) I sprinkle some of my favorite fruits and superfoods on it and have a great nutritious breakfast. For this reason I always have about 10 bananas in my freezer because you never know when you will get an appetite for ice cream ..! (Do you ever have bananas that are too ripe? Don't throw them away, but put them in your freezer. The taste of overripe bananas is much sweeter than when you just bought them.) This is the only thing you can eat must pay attention, for this recipe you need frozen bananas. I recently shared a recipe on my blog of banana ice cream with cocoa. This is a delicious combination but when the sun shines I notice that I like ice cream with fruit (and therefore prefer a fresher taste). And how can you vary with fruit! Last week we already had ice cream with mango, kiwi, blueberries, strawberry and melon. Because this ice cream is made with banana as a base, you have the best of both worlds ... the creamy texture of the banana and the fresh taste of the fruit you put through it. So this recipe is for raspberry ice cream, but you can also replace it with other fruits. Or leave out the extra fruit, then you have delicious banana ice cream. Guys, try this fast because making ice cream yourself is really great!
