Living the Green Life

I am a die-hard chocolate mousse fan, but die-hards are also looking for some variety. You can make chocolate mousse simply by mixing banana and avocado with some cocoa powder. This is very tasty but is quite heavy if you eat it for dessert. So look for something light and fruity. I experimented a lot with cornstarch and potato starch, but instead of a mousse, the end result was a kind of pudding. Until I was in the Toko last Saturday and saw silk tofu there. An ingredient that I have not used before but that I have heard many positive stories about. I thought I should try. Although I am not a huge fan of tofu (I just can't manage to prepare this!), This raspberry mousse is really the end! It is soft, creamy and fruity at the same time. I have not tried it myself with other fruits but I can imagine that mango mousse, blueberry mousse and even kiwi mousse will be very tasty. I'm going to make them this weekend and keep you posted! My favorites will be online soon so keep an eye on the blog :)
