Vegan chocolate .. that was not much when I switched to a vegetable "diet". Dark chocolate of course, but unfortunately, despite the often high amount of cocoa, it still contains cow's milk and quite a few added sugars. Inexperienced that I was, I thought I could never eat chocolate again! That is not life! Fortunately, I have learned a lot in recent years and I can say that I recently started making my own chocolate! Because an evening on the couch without chocolate, I kindly thank you for that. Are you used to vegan chocolate from, for example, Tony Chocolonely? (I heard that the new taste is coconut pecan vegan!) Then you probably like the sweet taste, I will prepare you, you will have to get used to this variant because it is quite bitter. I love bitter chocolate but I had to "learn" to eat this. Of course you can add some extra sweeteners to the recipe so that it is more to your taste.
