Fancy a nice breakfast on the beautiful morning? Then you will be very happy with this strawberry smoothie! Smoothies are an easy way to start the day healthy and to have all your vitamins and fiber before you are at work / school! Liva (my daughter) therefore starts the day with a big smoothie. Filled with banana, berries, dates, homemade oat milk, quinoa flakes and a tiny amount of flaxseed. If she eats less well at the nursery, I am sure she already has her portion of fruit. The same goes for me, of course. I know that I have a busy day ahead of me where I don't have time to have an extensive lunch, then I take several juices & smoothies with me in my bag. This way I always have something on hand!
