The tastiest smoothies are made in no time. Mixed fruit is always good! Still, lately I've been trying to find good combinations that give me a balanced breakfast when I start with a smoothie. I want to consume a lot of fruit but also enough fiber and protein at the beginning of the day. That's why I recently got the perfect breakfast smoothie. Full of goodness and so simple to make. You have to be careful with smoothies. It is so easy to mix everything, but then you no longer know how many calories are in a serving and you can have a breakfast with much more calories than you actually need. I like to use fruit in my smoothie in the morning because it is easy to digest. Your body digests fruit in about 30 minutes. Other products such as vegetables, starch, carbohydrate-rich products and protein-rich products take longer. So for example, you first eat a sandwich and then fruit, then your stomach is still digesting while the fruit already wants to go through. This is not possible because the sandwich is in the way so that the piece of fruit will ferment and you will experience bloating. In addition, the nutrients from the fruit piece are not properly absorbed. There is still something to be said for limiting fruit to 1 time of the day. As you may know, fruit can affect your teeth due to the high acid content in certain fruits.
