Vegan berry ice cream with pitaja

Living the Green Life

A delicious breakfast on this Sunday morning, pitaja & berry ice cream! You may have seen pitaja or dragon fruit. The bright pink-colored, exotic fruit can be found in the summer and at various supermarkets. A look immediately gives you the feeling that you are on vacation in Asia! You can eat the fruit separately (spoon out like a kiwi), but honestly it doesn't have a lot of flavor. That's why I mix it with my berry ice cream as an alternation to the perennial frozen banana;)
