Sometimes you just feel like a burger! Such a stack with all kinds of goodies on top of each other and in a sandwich WITH a vegan burger in between and if possible, also a large scoop of mayo & ketchup. Last night was such a day for us. Fries and burgers .. the ultimate snack food! No sooner said than done, we didn't have enough time to put together a veggie burger ourselves (combination of no time and no sense) so we got a nice ready-made burger and put it between the sandwich and vegetables. Great solution and really terribly tasty! The only thing we did our best for were the chips, but they were really successful. So good that we want to share the recipe with you right now!
