Looking for a breakfast that is healthy, simple and very tasty ?! Then look no further! I have the perfect recipe .. let me introduce you to the vegan chia pudding! This is my go-to breakfast when I am busy and have to rush for an early appointment in the morning. It is a little less laborious than this tasty acai bowl that I shared last week, but at least as tasty. This pudding (I call it pudding because it comes closest to that. Plus it sounds more fun than stick!) Is made within 3 minutes and you can vary endlessly. If you like fruit, make your own super healthy fruit pudding or if you love chocolate, mix raw cocoa nibs and coconut with the chia pudding. Believe me .. it seems like you are eating a nice dessert for your breakfast! Good start of the day right ?!
