More and more often I get asked if I want to post some recipes for dinner. This is not a problem in the summer, then it is long light and every photo is beautiful. This weekend the clock has only gone back an hour, which is an hour less to photograph. So from now on I will have my dinner for lunch in the afternoon so that I can take a good photo for you - eating twice a day is really fine by me! This afternoon I made vegan sushi, deliciously simple and great for variation on my "standard" salad for lunch. This sushi is quite green, which I really like. Do you like some colored vegetables? Then roll some carrot, red cabbage or beetroot for a happier sushi!
