Brew 1/2 cup of coffee and leave it to cool down.
Beat the coconut cream, peel and roughly chop the pistachio nuts.
Mix the coffee, honey and cocoa in a small bowl and stir until thick.
Divide the mixture between 4 glasses or small bowls.
Divide half of the pistachio nuts over the coffee mixture and top with a couple of spoonfuls of whipped coconut cream.
Garnish with the remaining pistachio nuts, the strawberries and extra cacoa to taste.
