Honey lemon ice cream

Remove the vanilla from the vanilla bean and use half a teaspoon of this.

Peel the lemons and remove the flesh between the white skins. Put the flesh together with the other ingredients in the blender and blend into a smooth mass.

Have you used cooled coconut milk? Then go to step 4. If not, put the ice cream mixture in the fridge for 1 to 2 hours.

Pour the ice cream mixture into the ice cream maker and follow the instructions from the manual. 

Divide the ice cream over the bowls and enjoy!
