Cut the cod into cubes.

Chop the garlic cloves, parsley and coriander.

Cut the bell pepper into cubes and cut the cauliflower into florets.

Grate the cauliflower florets into rice-sized grains in a food processor.

Heat the coconut oil in a wok or skillet and fry the garlic and peppers until the peppers have softened.
