Ingredients: 5 g Honey; 5 g Coconut flour; 5 g Dried cranberries; 5 g Pistachio nuts; 10 g Coconut butter; 0 tsp Vanilla powder; 1 1⁄2 tsp Coconuts cream; 10 g Cacoa butter

White chocolate fudge

Melt the coconut butter and cocoa butter au bain-marie

Stir coconut cream, honey, coconut flour and vanilla through the melted santen and cocoa butter until you have a smooth mixture. 

Fold the cranberries and pistachio nuts through the mixture. 

Line a square baking pan or cake pan with baking parchment and pour in the fudge. 

Put the fudge in the fridge and leave for approximately 3 hours to harden before cutting it into cubes.
