The perfect alternative for whipped cream: whipping coconut cream gives you coconut cream. Delicious with all kinds of desserts! By varying the honey and vanilla you can make this coconut cream sweeter or more natural (for example, the natural version is an excellent combination with the tropical strawberries)

* Coconut cream is obtained by leaving a can of full-fat coconut milk (with a coconut percentage of&gt; 70%) open in the fridge overnight. The coconut fat then separates from the water and comes to lie on top. You can scoop this off and use it in recipes that require coconut cream. The cans of coconut milk from Aroy-D lend themselves particularly well to this and are available at most supermarkets.

Make sure the coconut cream is cold, then it stiffens easier when you beat it. 

With a hand mixer, beat the coconut cream until it has the desired stiffness.

Add honey and vanilla extract to taste and beat until everything is mixed.
