Puree the pumpkin cubes by mixing them with the tahini in the food processor.
Finely chop the onion and squeeze the garlic. Put a skillet on the stove with a dash of olive oil. Fry the onion and garlic for about 2 minutes. Now add the herbs and Harissa and stir well.
Reduce the heat and add the pumpkin puree. Mix with the onion and garlic. Now add the juice of the lime and season the puree with salt and pepper.
Finally, add the pasta and stock to the puree. Start with half a liter of stock and then stir the pasta and mash first. Now add another 250 ml and stir again. Increase the heat slightly and bring to a boil. Cook the pasta for about 12-14 minutes.
Is your dish getting too dry and the pasta is not cooked yet? Then add the remaining 250 ml (in portions) to the pasta.
