Dice the chicken fillets.

Heat a frying pan over medium heat with some coconut oil and fry the chicken until golden brown.

Meanwhile, chop the onion and garlic, add only the onion to the chicken and fry for a few minutes.

Clean the mushrooms and cut them in quarters, then add them to the chicken with the garlic.

Add the balsamic vinegar, oregano, basil and olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Cook for a few minutes until you start to smell the herbs.
