Ingredients: 1⁄2 piece Apple; 1⁄4 tsp Celtic sea salt; 1 clove Garlic; 1⁄4 piece Lemon; 10 g Cucumber; 1⁄2 Tbsp Olive oil (extra vierge); 6 leaves Fresh spearmint; 1⁄4 tsp Garam masala

This sauce may be surprising to you. This fresh sweet sauce is surprisingly delicious with a piece of pork.

Apple mint cucumber sauce

 Wash the apples well, remove the core and cut into small pieces. You can leave the skin on if you want. 

 Remove any seeds from the lemon and squeeze the juice above your blender. 

 Place the mint, cucumber and apples in your blender and add a splash of oil and a splash of water. 

 Puree completely fine. (Use a pestle of the blender or a spatula if you have these. Be careful not to get too close to the blades with a spatula. What you can also do is switch off briefly and then stir.) 

 Chop the garlic or squeeze it with a garlic press. 

 Heat a dash of oil in a pan and fry the garlic in it. 

 Immediately add the apple mint cucumber sauce to the pan and then add the salt and garam masala. 

 Fire can be low and stir briefly, about 3 minutes.
