We had already eaten fennel in different ways. Stir-fried, cooked, from the oven or raw in a salad. Even rice made from fennel with a food processor. Grilled only from the bbq was new to us. Wow how delicious! It was a pity that we only put one on it. We recommend using at least 2 tubers ;-)
