Omelette strips with sausage and guacamole

 Put some oil in a frying pan and beat the eggs. 

 Pour in the beaten eggs and cook until the egg is cooked. You can also bake this omelet on both sides. If you see that the omelet can be rotated, take a lid and slide the omelet on top and flip the omelet back over into the pan. 

 Put the sausages in the pan and let it bake well. 

 Halve the avocados and scoop them out. Mash it together with the juice of a lime into a guacamole and add herbs that you like. Think of cumin spices or curry powder. 

 Cut the omelet into strips, the sausage into small pieces and put it on the plate with the guacamole.
