We used to find squid rings nothing. Piece of rubber you are eating. Only since we fell in love with Spain and their recipes ;-), we think very differently. The art is in short yarn. In addition, it combines well with a fresh salad. Pipirrana is a dish from the provinces of Granada, Jaen and Murcia. It is a salad with onion, tomato, green pepper and cucumber as the main ingredients. Sometimes boiled eggs and fish or sausage are added. Our culicool version is with squid rings!
