One of the first vegan desserts I tried to make was a vegan crumble with berries. With the Hema apple crumble in mind, I started experimenting a lot. Unfortunately without a great end result. I always loved those big chunks on the Hema cake and I just didn't get them that good! So big bales! In the meantime I have put that crumble out of my head and I have put my own spin on it .. and it can really stay !! Blueberries along with banana is simply a top combination! This crumble is also gluten & (refined) sugar free. So you can keep eating it .. we did this yesterday. At the end of the afternoon everything was finished! And by everything I mean this vegan crumble and the delicious apple cake whose recipe I shared last week!
