I made a festive snack especially for the people who are looking for vegan Sinterklaas treats; carrot cake bliss balls with a lot of speculaas! Not only are they packed with good ingredients (carrot, dates and almond flour), but they are also insanely delicious and will do well on December 5th :). Without you knowing, the whole family will have eaten at least three raw carrots before dinner, because believe me, these carrot cake bliss balls will keep you eating. If you are not such a fan of coconut, try replacing this with nuts. Almonds and walnuts cannot be missed in this bliss ball. The only downside is that they are a bit heavier and you are already quite full after two balls!
