For a long time my favorite breakfast was cinnamon apple cruesli with yogurt and I thought I was really doing this. Nuts, grains, apple ... all sound very healthy right? That is why a pack often went through during the week. Enjoy a hand or evening with some fruit for dessert. I thought of nothing more. Now I know better, fortunately, because I think my body would not have loved it if I had been taking a pack of cruesli every week for years. When I started to take an interest in food, I was quite shocked. Never before had I looked at the side of a suit and I have to say that when I did this I had no idea what I was reading now. E numbers? Sugars? It must have been, I had learned that calories were fattening, so if they weren't very high, I quickly found it fine. Unfortunately, it turned out that healthy was not really healthy and all light products (which I thought I was doing well with) are nowadays no longer in my kitchen. Actually, you won't find packaged things in my kitchen at all. No I prefer to make everything myself. So I can say with certainty that my breakfast is sugar-free, gluten-free, dairy-free but above all healthy and I just love it! Today a recipe for the easiest granola ever. Because eating healthy does not necessarily mean that you have to spend hours on it (relief!) You can add anything to this recipe, such as dried fruit or other nuts and grains. This way you adjust it to your own taste. Believe me, after this you will never want cereal from a pack again!
