It is always useful to have something on hand. A tasty bliss ball, a piece of responsible cake or a good filling muesli bar. For those times when you suddenly have an appetite for something tasty or faint because you have not eaten for too long (that really never happens to me!) But when I am really sweet, these muesli bars do a great job! The date syrup makes them sweet in taste, while the oatmeal, almond butter and pecan nuts fill them well. Highly recommended!
