I know that I have not yet shared so many dinner options on my site and that is of course not ok! Today I'm going to change that with this tasty quinoa salad, one of my favorites. This salad works great for lunch but I also like to eat it in the evening with a veggie burger or some homemade falafel balls. Simple, green and really tasty thanks to the combination of different vegetables. Moreover, due to the various flavors, he does not actually need a dressing. Also nice because this makes your food super fast!
