I always thought making bread yourself sounded very romantic, cutting such delicious, artisanal bread into large slices and then spreading a thick layer of coconut oil on a warm sandwich. The oven in my previous house was only a drama and the recipes I came across for homemade bread always seemed too difficult to me. So until Saturday last week I always faithfully got my bread from the organic shop. Delicious but nice at the price and the spelled bread that I got back I often had within 2 days. With the spelled flour on offer and Sunday brunch on the agenda, I decided to give it a try! Difficult? No! Yummy? Yes! Recommended? Sure! This recipe is very easy and you can combine it with your favorite nuts and grains. Do you have any flour left? Beautiful! Then you can also make these delicious banana muffins!
