Everyone knows it, a weekend in which you have nothing planned and yet it (unexpectedly) gets very busy. Friends come over and continue to eat and parents who come for a tea. Super cozy but what if you have not counted on that and therefore do not have anything at home ?! This has happened to me too often in the past. I love to spoil friends and family with goodies so my lifesaver became this very simple vegan apple pie. With a few ingredients that are always in the cupboard, I put this delicious apple pie on the table within half an hour. The whole house smells wonderful and you give your guests something special! Party right ?! Do you happen to have more time? Then try this blueberry crumble from last week!
