Before that I cut turmeric into pieces for tea. It had never occurred to me to make a real drink out of this. Turmeric milk, golden milk or turmeric latte (this drink has many different names) is great for you. Turmeric gives you a boost, it contains various anti-oxidants and turmeric has different anti-inflammatory properties. Only for that resistance boost you should try it once. You immediately nip your flu or cold in the bud!
