I snack a lot, a lot. I was brought up with 3x good food in one day and sometimes a snack in between. But since I eat vegan, I eat all day long. It is not that I am hungry all day, but the idea that everything I eat is good for me and that I really like everything (that I do not gain anything is of course also a nice bonus!) That sometimes does not put a brake on it is sitting. During the week, when I work, I can restrain myself, but on weekends it is party time. These vegan oatmeal banana cookies are therefore made every Saturday, if I don't do it, my friend will make them. Two ingredients and 10 minutes of patience is all you need, you can vary until you weigh an ounce, they are super healthy and your house will smell delicious - trust me, the smell of banana in your oven is reason enough oat cookies every day .. For this photo I added cocoa nibs and coconut grater. But you can really throw everything through it! My friend loves them with mulberries (this gives them a sweeter taste) and my mother with cranberries and goji berries ... I would say, indulge yourself!
