Vegan brownies .. the snack I can't live without! While I love baking, raw snacks and desserts are a real joy to make. Moreover, they simply cannot fail! I have made these vegan brownies a lot of times! Especially when I was experimenting a bit with vegan food and had no idea how to get through the day without sandwiches with cheese, crackers with Philadelphia and a snicker. I learned to make a vegan version of snickers. They fill great and taste even better! Slowly, vegetable cooking and baking became a little easier and these brownies gave way to other snacks such as homemade chocolate mousse and crumbly raspberry tarts. Until I saw a photo on Instagram of the brownies of My New Roots. HOW could I forget them ?! I quickly went back into the kitchen. The result is these superfood snicker brownies. If you don't like a layer of caramel then skip this step and just eat them 'bald', even then they are great!
