We have not yet finished sharing Sinterklaas recipes, after the rocky road spice nuts and the speculaas cheesecake, the vegan filled speculaas could not be missed :) We have a cracking recipe for you, which is also easy to make and fits completely at December 5! We used dark almonds for the food, afterwards we thought that white almonds would have been a bit nicer for the contrast between the layers. Not less tasty of course, but perhaps even more exciting to see .. just a tip :)
