Last week I already wrote about the 5 pots of vegan granola that are standard in our cupboard. I just never get tired of muesli .. so easy to make and you can keep combining. What I hadn't tried before is to make large pieces of muesli glued together. Those tasty, crunchy pieces that fall apart in your mouth. Last weekend, when 2 pots had to be refilled, I made this crunchy banana granola for the first time. I have to say ... this one can stay! The large pieces of vegan granola are delicious with my almond milk or chia pudding for breakfast in the morning or with a few pieces of banana for dessert in the evening!
