A colorful party on your plate! Normally you would roll up fajitas in a tortilla wrap, but a leaf (Romain) salad works just as well, and is a lot healthier. Eating with your hands is permitted. My trainer Maaike has created this version with sauerkraut; it seems a crazy combination, but it gives a delicious sweet and sour taste to the fajitas!
