Preheat the oven to 340°F and grease a brownie tin with some coconut oil.

Mix the sugar with mixed spices and set aside.

Peel the apples, cut them into pieces and grind them finely in a food processor.

Add the remaining ingredients (except the coconut blossom sugar-spice mixture) and grind until smooth.

Spoon the batter into the baking tin and sprinkle with the coconut blossom sugar and mixed spices.

Bake the blondies for approximately 30 minutes until golden brown and done.
